Order Processing Time
- Standard Orders: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipping.
- Custom or Large Orders: May require additional processing time, which we’ll let you know about via email.
Shipping Options & Times
We currently offer several shipping options through our trusted carriers:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for those!
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned, as we plan to expand our international shipping options in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@pickmeupgoods.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or upon receipt of a damaged package, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
